Oven

Instructions: Remove all outer packaging and set aside sachets for later use. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 7 40 mins. 1. Empty contents of the pouch onto a roasting tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 2. Cook for 40 minutes, basting regularly throughout cooking. 3. Once cooked remove from the oven and leave to rest for 2 minutes. 4. While chicken is resting pre-heat a pan to medium heat and cook sauce for 2 minutes 30 seconds. 5. To finish serve the heated sauce with the cooked chicken along with the crispy chicken skin.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
