Preparation and Usage
Tesco Brussels Sprouts Seasoning
Per pack of seasoning (30g) we recommend using 400g peeled brussels sprouts serving 4 people.
Sautéed Brussels Sprouts
Cooking time: 20-25 mins Method: Hob
Ingredients: 400g Tesco Peeled Brussel Sprouts, halved; Tesco Brussels Sprouts Seasoning; Optional, 100g Tesco Unsmoked bacon; Optional, 25g Dried cranberries
Method:
1. If using bacon, add the lardons to a large frying pan on medium heat and fry for 3 minutes until cooked and starting to brown.
2. Add the halved Brussel Sprouts and fry for a further 12 minutes.
3. Mix the seasoning into 100ml water, add to the pan (if using cranberries, add now) and cook for 5 minutes until tender and glossy.
