Microwave
Instructions: Before: Remove sleeve & outer bento bowl. Pierce film several times & pop in the microwave.During: Halfway through peel back the film & add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the noodles & stir well. Re-cover & continue cooking.After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.5.00 min 800w4.30 min 900w

Shallow Fry
Instructions: Before: Remove sleeve, film & outer bento bowl.During: Heat 1 tsp (5ml) of oil in a wok or large frying pan on a medium heat. Add contents of the pack into the pan, stirring frequently.After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.5 min
