Preparation and Usage

Why Not TryServe with steamed jasmine rice & a wedge of lime for a fresh, zesty finish.

Oven

Instructions: For best results oven cook. 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 15-20 mins. Remove sleeve and film lid. Add sauce from sachet across salmon fillets and vegetables. Stir the vegetables through the sauce. Place the foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Pan Fry 17-20 mins. Remove all packaging. Place sauce sachet to one side. Heat a little oil (10ml) in a heavy based frying pan or wok. Pan fry salmon for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Add vegetables, reduce the heat to medium and stir fry for a further 5-6 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. Add sauce from sachet for the final minute of cooking, stirring continuously.

Storage

Not suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
