First infant milkNannycare Stage 1 First Infant Milk can be used as a nutritionally complete* breast milk substitute for combination or bottle feeding. It is made with whole A2 goat milk, from our own Co-operative of specialist family farms dedicated to producing milk specifically for formula.Nannycare has over 30 years of experience in goat milk formula. A clinical trial using Nannycare baby formula supported the amendment of EU and UK regulations to recognise goat milk as a suitable base for infant formula. The range is also ClimatePartner certified, reflecting our ongoing commitment to sustainability.Nannycare First Infant Milk now includes 2’FL (a HMO) and plant-based DHA sourced from algae instead of fish oil. Ask a healthcare professional if you need more advice.1 Wash your hands and sterilise all equipment according to manufacturer's instructions.2 Boil 1 litre of fresh tap water. Leave to cool for no more than 30 minutes (the temperature needs to be at least 70°C). Do not use water that is artificially softened or has been boiled before. Pour the required amount of water (see feeding guide) into a sterilised bottle. Be careful of scalding.3 Using only the scoop provided, lightly fill with powder and level off with the leveller built into the rim of the tin. Add the required number of scoops.4 Place the sterilised teat and cap on the bottle and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.5 Cool bottle under a running cold tap until it is lukewarm. Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist. Feed immediately.Important Feeding Instructions: Use only the 4.3g scoop provided.- Always add one level scoop of powder (4.3g) to each 30ml of cooled, boiled water.- For hygiene reasons, do not store made up feeds.- Use feeds within 2 hours at most.- Always use freshly boiled and cooled water.- Always discard unfinished feeds.- Make up each feed as required.- Do not heat in a microwave as hot spots may occur and cause scalding.- Do not add extra scoops of powder, or anything else to your baby's feed.- Do not leave your child alone during feeding.
