Keep refrigerated between 0°C to 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost in a refrigerator prior to cooking. Eat within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not re-freeze once thawed.Note: This product has been frozen and returned to chilled temperatures under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect quality.
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Remove all packaging.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.Do not re-heat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Deep Fry
Instructions: Pre-heat oil to Maximum 180°C and lower sausages gently into the oil. Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes until crisp and golden. Do not exceed recommended cooking temperatures.
Grill
Instructions: Place sausages under a medium grill for approximately 8 - 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn regularly.
Oven cook
Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 240°C/220°C Fan assisted /Gas Mark 9. Place sausages on the middle shelf of oven and cook for approximately 15 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn once midway through.
