Preparation and Usage
New Scoop InsidePlease use 40ml of water per scoopPreparing your toddler's feedBecause powdered milks are not sterile, failure to follow instructions may make your toddler ill.Approx. 1 beaker - Amount of cooled, boiled water (ml): 160, Number of level scoops of powder: 4Scoop enclosed. 1 scoop = 5.1g.This information is a guide only. We recommend giving your toddler around 350ml of Nannycare Toddler Milk per day as part of a balanced and varied diet. You can divide this into 2 servings per day depending on your child's individual needs. One serving is 175ml. Please note the volume of each beaker will be 175ml once the powder and water are mixed.1 Wash your hands well. Measure 160ml of cooled, freshly boiled water, into a clean beaker.2 Using the scoop provided, add 4 level scoops of powder. Use the leveller that is built into the rim of the tin to make sure the scoop is not heaped.3 Put the lid on the beaker and shake well until the powder has dissolved.4 Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist. If the drink is too warm, cool the beaker under a running cold tap. Test again before feeding.Important Feeding Instructions: Use only the 5.1g measuring scoop provided.- Always add one level scoop of powder (5.1g) to each 40ml of cooled boiled water.- For hygiene reasons, do not store made up feeds.- Use feeds within 2 hours at most.- Always use freshly boiled and cooled water.- Always discard unfinished feeds.- Make up each feed as required.- Do not heat in a microwave as hot spots may occur and cause scalding.- Do not add extra if scoops of powder, or anything else to your toddler's drink.- Do not leave your child alone during feeding.
