INGREDIENTS: Water, Single Cream (Milk) (8%), Tomato (6%), Yogurt (Milk) (3.5%), Tomato Paste, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Modified Maize Starch, Dried Onion, Coriander Leaf, Garlic Purée, Ginger Purée, Coriander Powder, Paprika, Whey Protein (Milk), Salt, Cumin, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Smoked Paprika, Turmeric, Fennel, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Colour (Paprika Extract), Fenugreek, Red Chilli Powder.

Preparation and Usage
Chicken Tikka Masala
Serves 2
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Method Hob.
Ingredients:
15ml (1 tbsp) oil;
300g diced skinless boneless chicken thigh;
1 jar Tesco Finest Tikka Masala Sauce.
Method:
- Heat 15ml (1 tbsp) of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
- Add 300g of diced chicken thigh and sear for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the jar of sauce to the pan.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes, with lid on, until the chicken is cooked through.
To serve: Serve with cooked basmati rice or naan and garnish with chopped coriander.
Try substituting chicken thigh for 300g mushrooms and spinach.
