Preparation and Usage

Method: Apply seasoning to moist protein/veg and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour. Use at around 30-40g per 500g of meat depending on how much flavour and heat you can take! Amazing with Pork, Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Fish and even Vegetables.
