Microwave

Instructions: 800W 3 mins 30 secs / 900W 3 minsRemove sleeve and carefully peel one side of the film. Remove the sachet and place to one side.Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes.Add glaze, stir and return for remainder of cooking time.Allow to stand for 1 minute after heating.Do not reheat once cooled.

Stir Fry

Instructions: For best results stir fry Total cook time 8-9 mins Remove all packaging. Place the sachet to one side. Preheat 1tsp. (5ml) of oil in a frying pan. Fry vegetables over a medium heat for 7 mins 30 secs - 8 mins 30 secs, stirring constantly. Add glaze and cook for a further 30 seconds. Reduce heat if necessary. Serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooled.
