Instructions: Remove sleeve, pierce the film lid several times, heat for 3-4 mins at 850W, allow to stand for 2 minutes. Remove film, and enjoy.

Oven cook

Instructions: Pre-heat oven at 180°C (Gas mark 4), remove sleeve, pierce film several times, heat for 12-15 minutes.Allow to stand for 2 minutes, remove film and enjoy.

Keep refrigerated at 0°C - 5°C.Suitable for home freezing: to heat defrost completely in a fridge and follow instructions above. If frozen store below -18°C.
