Instructions: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place directly in microwave. Heat on full power for the time specified. 800W heat on full power for 3 minutes.Partially peel back film, stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 1/2 minutes.900W heat on full power for 2 1/2 minutes. Partially peel back film, stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 1/2 minutes.
Microwave from frozen
Instructions: 800W Heat on full power for 7 minutes. Partially peel back film, stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 6 minutes. 900W heat on full power for 6 minutes. Partially peel back film, stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 6 minutes.Allow to stand for 2 minutes, and stir thoroughly before serving.
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.For best results, we suggest oven cook from chilled.Caution: Beware of escaping steam when removing film. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.Warning: Use plate to remove product from microwave. Take care when removing and serving as product will be hot. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Instructions: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in centre of a preheated oven at 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5. 30 minutes, Allow to stand for 2 minutes, and stir thoroughly before serving.
