Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving.For best results cook in a fan oven.These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.210ºC, Fan 190ºC, Gas 6, 20-25 minsPre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray and cook on the top shelf of the oven for the time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
