This vibrant cheese is a rich orange colour, with natural extract from the berry on the achiote tree, originally discovered in South America. It has distinctive blue veining with a mellow and tangy taste, making it an ideal introduction to Blue Cheese. Each cheese is turned by hand and matured under the close love and care of our Master Cheesemakers. Savour the moment with 1912.Because We CareOur dairy cows are cared for to the highest welfare standards, spending on average 180 days grazing outside each year - the rest of the time, like people, they prefer to avoid the rain!
