Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Serve and enjoy with favourite sides.We think it's best as a big sharing feast alongside our full BBQ range.
Barbecue
Instructions: 1 Pre-heat your BBQ to a high heat (250°C or more) and oil clean grates to prevent from sticking.2 Remove from packaging and keep the sachet aside for now.Slice the belly square with the grain into 5-6 equal strips and place on the hottest part of your BBQ to cook for 5 minutes.3 Flip occasionally and let the meat develop a nice char on either side.4 Remove from the BBQ, place in a bowl and toss through the buffalo sauce.
Oven cook
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 200°C, remove from packaging (keep sachet aside for now) slice the belly with the grain into 5-6 equal strips. Place strips onto a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet, cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway. Remove from the oven, place in a bowl and toss through the buffalo sauce to coat thoroughly.
