Preparation and Usage
Keralan Inspired Coconut Curry.
You will need:
1 Tesco Finest Keralan Inspired Coconut Curry Meal Kit;
350g skinless & boneless chicken thigh or breast cut into bitesize pieces;
30ml (2tbsp, or as required) vegetable oil;
Handful of spinach;
60ml Water.
Method:
1. Place chicken in a bowl, add contents of the Masala Blend sachet and toss to coat the meat.
2. Add vegetable oil to a wok and fry chicken until browned.
3. Stir in the Coconut Based Curry Sauce and leave to simmer until chicken is cooked through.
4. Add spinach and stir through. Transfer to bowls. To serve:
With warm naan bread and cooked rice if desired.
