Keep RefrigeratedKeep chilled 0°C to 5°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use and cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Remove all packaging and for best results do not pierce the sausages. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.Cook from chilled.
Oven cook
Instructions: Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally.For fan assisted ovens adjust cooking times according to manufacturer's handbook.
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Shallow fry over a medium heat for approx. 15 mins, turning occasionally.
Air Fry
Instructions: Heat air fryer to 190°C/375°F.Cook for approx. 15-20 mins.
