For use by see side of packKeep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, place in an airtight container and refrigerate, consume within 24hrs. Once cooked, do not reheat. Not suitable for home freezing.

Air Fry

Instructions: Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C.Cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Cook times based on 1500W output air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer's instructions.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove sleeve and film. Cook and enjoy.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C/180°C Fan, Gas mark 6/20 minsBake: Pre-heat oven. Place katsu slices onto a baking tray. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 mins.Turn halfway through cooking.
