Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove sleeve, film and empty contents of tray.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.

Air Fry

Instructions: 200°C/ 12 minutesPre-heat air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Cook times based on 1500W output air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer's instructions.

Other

Instructions: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6/20 minutesBake: Pre-heat oven. Place Katsu slices onto a baking tray. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Storage

For use by see side of pack.Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened place in an airtight container and refrigerate, consume within 24 hours. Once cooked, do not reheat. Not suitable for freezing.
