Preparation and Usage
How do i use it?SeedlingsFill pot with compost. Water and allow to drain make hole in compost.Holding seedling gently by the leaves, transfer to the new pot. Press compost firmly around the seedling.Water the plant regularly and feed after 4 weeks.Place the pots in a warm well-ventilated location.NB - The open structure and nutrient content of this compost may not be suitable for small, fine and difficult to germinate seeds. We always recommend using a dedicated seed sowing compost.CuttingsCut & remove non flowering 10cm shoot. Trim to leave top two pairs of leaves. Dip in rooting gel.Insert firmly into compost, water and place in poly bag, in warm spot away from direct sunlight.PottingThoroughly water the plant, gently tap the pot to remove, shake off loose compost.Place plant in new pot with new compost, fill gaps with new compost, firm down and waterPlanting OutDig a hole approx. Twice the depth and diameter of the root ball.Place plant in hole with new compost, fill gaps with new compost, firm down and water.NB - If plants appear pale or leaves are yellow, supplementary feed should be applied.Don't Forget to FeedIf plants appear pale or leaves yellow ensure you feed with Boost All Purpose Plant Food. Specially formulated for use with peat reduced, peat free & ericaceous composts.
