Oven cook

Instructions: Step 1. PrepareRemove all packaging. Allow the steak to rest at room temperature for 10 - 20 minutes before cooking.Preheat oven and a roasting tray. Fan 180°C / Electric 200°C / Gas 6.Oil and season the surface of the meat.Preheat a pan to high heat, until smoking hot.Step 2. CookAdd the steak to the pan and sear all surfaces for 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown.Place the steak on the preheated roasting tray, place into the preheated oven for:Rare 20 - 25 minutesMedium 25 - 30 minutesWell done 35 - 40 minutesStep 3. Allow to RestRemove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 15 - 20 minutes before carving. Do not reheat.

Storage

Store at temperature between 0-3°C.Use by: See front of pack. Keep refrigerated below 3°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by date shown. Freezing: Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date shown and use within one month. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
