Once opened, keep individual pouches refrigerated and cook with the rest of the components and consume within 1 day of opening. Do not exceed the use by date.
Microwave
Instructions: 1. Remove the outer packaging.Empty the fresh pasta into the tray.2. Shake the bag of sauce before opening, then pour over the pasta & stir to coat evenly.3. Place the tray in the microwave with a suitable lid or wrapped in kitchen paper and cook at 750W for 9 minutes or at 900 -1000W for 8 minutes.4. Remove the tray from the microwave using oven gloves and leave to stand for 1 minute. Serve and garnish with the parmigiano reggiano cheese. Buno appetito!
Shallow Fry
Instructions: 1. Shake the bag of sauce before opening, then pour the sauce into the pan. Bring the sauce to a gentle boil over a medium heat.2. Empty the fresh pasta into the pan & stir to coat it evenly with the sauce.Bring the sauce back to the boil.3. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over a medium heat for 8 minutes, stir halfway through cooking.4. Serve and garnish with the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Buon Appetito!
