We began as tea merchants and evolved to become master coffee roasters, supplying the bustling, vibrant coffee houses of Edinburgh and beyond.We source and roast the finest coffee beans from around the world, because without good beans, we would not be able to roast our great coffee.For Bean to Cup Machine:Add fresh beans to the hopper and fill the water reservoir with cold water. Select your coffee type and size, start the machine, and enjoy a fresh cup of Brodies coffee.For Espresso Machine:Grind beans finely, fill and tamp the portafilter, then brew a 25–30 second shot. Enjoy!For Cafetiere:We recommend 1 rounded dessertspoonful of ground coffee per cup. Pour in slightly cooled freshly boiled water and replace the plunger, allowing the grinds to fall to the bottom for approximately 3 minutes, then push the plunger down slowly and serve.
