Keep frozen. Store at -18ºC or below.Once thawed do not refreeze.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 800W, 9 minutesPlace onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes. Peel back film lid and stir the sauce, replace film. Cook on full power for a further 3 minutes.Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Microwave for best results. Cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places.Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6.Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.

Film. Do Not Recycle Sleeve. Recycle
