Regional Information

Winery located on the west coast of Sicily. Vineyards stretch over the Vita-Segesta region. Hand picked, organic grapes.

Vinification Details

Soft pressing of grapes, clarification of the must at 12°C for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at 16°C using selected yeasts. Ageing in stainless steel tanks for about 5 months.

History

Vinca launched its range of award-winning canned wine back in September 2021, quickly becoming the ‘go-to' wine serve at major music festivals, theatres, train lines and airlines. Vinca have now innovated to introduce sustainable recyclable aluminium bottles produced from recycled material.
