Keep refrigerated 2°C - 5°C. Cook and eat within 3 days of opening. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hrs. Do not re-freeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging.Ensure food is piping hot. All appliances vary; these are guidelines only.

Grill

Instructions: Transfer to a rack in a grill pan. Turn occasionally during cooking. Moderate heat for 5-8 minutes.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon and cook over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
