Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Remove all packaging.CautionAlthough every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain. To avoid cross contamination, do not wash raw poultry and use separate chopping boards and utensils for raw poultry and ready to eat foods. Wash hands after touching raw poultry.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. The chicken is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue cooking until they are clear. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Oven cook
Instructions: Cut through the flesh so drumstick fillets will lie flat on the baking tray. Place drumstick fillets on a baking tray and lightly brush with oil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven.190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5, 20 mins
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Cut through the flesh so drumstick fillets will lie flat. Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot.Place chicken into the pan and if it sizzles, the pan is ready, if not, heat for a little longer.Turn frequently.14-15 mins
