Description

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Remove all packaging and place sachets to one side. Leave steaks at room temperature for 10 minutes. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Once pan is hot add the steaks and cook for 4 minutes for medium and 6-7 minutes for well done, turning the steaks halfway through cooking. Remove from the pan, leave to rest lightly covered for 5 minutes. Thinly slice the steaks, pour over the drizzle and add the sprinkle on top.
