Preparation and Usage
Recommended intakeAdults: initially, swallow 3 capsules daily; 1 in the morning, noon and night, with water for the first 2 weeks. After 2 weeks reduce intake to 2 capsules per day; 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. For best results, use daily for a minimum of 30 days. Recommended intake should not be exceeded.
