Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven cook

Instructions: Remove all packaging.5 mins per 100g plus 25 mins.Pre-heat oven to 230°C/Fan 210°C/Gas 8. Place pork fillet on tin foil on a baking tray, season well with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Place the joint in the centre of the pre-heated oven uncovered for the first 15 minutes, after 15 minutes reduce heat to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 and cover the joint with tin foil for remaining time. Allow to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before serving.
