Now add Mutti Polpa and Tomato Puree, the chickpeas, the spices, the chopped coriander and parsley, and mix well.Add salt and pepper to taste and pour in enough vegetable stock or water to just cover the soup. Cover with a lid and cook over a low heat for at least one hour, stirring occasionally. Once ready, add the juice of half a lemon to the soup and mix well. Serve the harira soup garnished with a few coriander leaves and lemon slices.
