Preparation and Usage
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above.

Place in a pre-heated frying pan and seal over high heat, turning halfway, for 5 mins.Transfer to a baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for a further 25 mins.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking.
