Oven

Instructions: 240°C/Fan 220°C/Gas 9 16 mins Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Wash and drain the leeks. Return leeks to the foil tray and drizzle over 1 tbsp. (15ml) sunflower oil. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 16 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Stir through the pecorino and black pepper dressing and serve.
