Cooking Instructions

Ensure product is cooked thoroughly until all juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside.

Grill

Instructions: 25 mins. Place on a wire rack under a pre-heated medium grill.Turn occasionally.

Oven cook

Instructions: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5: 28-30 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn once halfway through cooking time.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 16 minsAlternatively pre-heat a frying pan on a medium-low heat with 1tsp (5ml) oil. Turn frequently.
