Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging. For best results pan fry.CautionDo not overfill the air fryer. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Tesco recommends that meat products are cooked thoroughly.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 12-16 mins. Place butter to one side. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a low/medium heat. Add the steaks and cook for 12-14 minutes. Add butter to the pan for 2 minutes. Baste the steaks with the butter before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6, 20-22 mins.Place steaks with butter on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Air Fry

Instructions: 180°C, 12-14 mins. Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place 2 steaks in the air fryer with butter on top in a single layer.

Film. Do Not Recycle
