Shopping list / Ingredients to buy
100g orzo
100g smoked salmon
1 white onion
160g frozen peas
lemon
Method:
1. Boil the kettle.
2. Finely dice an onion, add to a pan with a little oil and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the orzo, the paste and 350ml boiling water.
3. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender.
4. Remove from heat, add peas and stir well.
5. Slice the smoked salmon thinly, stir through gently with the seasoning and a squeeze of lemon, return to the hob for 2-3 more minutes. Top with fresh lemon wedge.
