Chicken leg meat marinated in rice koji, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, pepper and fried in a crisp potato starch and wheat flour batter with dipping sauce sachet made with fermented soybeans, red chilli, garlic, ginger and spices.A range of cuisines inspired by Japanese menus and flavours. Instructions: For best results oven heat. 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 14-16 mins Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Spread product evenly on a baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Do not heat sauce. Stir sauce before serving. Serve as a dip or coat the chicken in the sauce.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 16-18 mins Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Spread product evenly on a baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Do not heat sauce. If from frozen, place sealed sachet into a bowl of lukewarm water to defrost. Stir sauce before serving. Serve as a dip or coat the chicken in the sauce.
