Instructions: Heat for 6 mins in a 1000W appliance, 6 mins 30 seconds for 900W and 7 mins 20 seconds for 800W. Open the film by cutting around the inside of the tray with a scissors or knife, stir the meal, re-cover with film and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
