Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Remove all packaging and place sachets to one side. For best results, oven cook. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 7 30 mins Empty contents of meat pouch into a lined ovenproof dish, gently separating the wings. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes basting with juices 1-2 times during cooking. Remove from oven and discard any cooking juices. Empty the contents of the mirin and soy glaze over the wings, coating well. Return to the oven for a further 20 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven and serve with the mayo sauce and sprinkle.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Instructions: Remove all packaging and place sachets to one side.Air Fry 200°C Chilled 15 mins.Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer.Empty contents of meat pouch into air fryer basket, gently separating the wings into a single layer.Cook for 5 minutes.Remove from air fryer and discard any cooking juices.Empty the contents of the mirin and soy glaze over the wings, coating well.Return to the air fryer for a further 10 minutes turning halfway through.Allow to stand for 2 minutes.Serve with the mayo sauce and sprinkle.
