Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Remove all packaging and place sachets to one side. 200°/Fan 180°C/Gas 7 35 mins Empty contents of meat pouch into a lined ovenproof dish with fat facing up. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes basting with juices 1-2 times throughout cook. Empty half of the glaze over the pork belly and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Remove from oven, slice and serve with the remaining glaze, and add the sprinkle over the top of the sliced pork.

Instructions: Remove all packaging and place sachets to one side.Air fry 180°C Chilled 25 mins.Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer.Empty contents of meat pouch into air fryer basket, fat side up and remove any white fat clumps.Cook for 20 minutes .Remove from air fryer and pour half of the Gochujang glaze over the top of the pork belly and return to the air fryer for 5 minutes.Once cooked remove from the air fryer and rest for 2 minutes.Slice and serve with the remaining glaze, and add the sprinkle over the top of the sliced pork.
