Description

Seasoned, smoked, slow cooked beef brisket and a sachet of Texas style barbecue mop sauce.Inspired by American BBQ flavours our chefs have developed a rich and peppery dry rub in which our tender British beef brisket is expertly seasoned. It is then hickory wood smoked for 2 hours then slow cooked for 6 hours to lock in flavour.
