Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated.

Oven cook

Instructions: - Remove outer packaging and place sachet to one side.- Empty the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish, cover with foil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes, basting halfway through.- Remove from the oven and drain off 3/4 of the juices.- Open the sachet and spread half of the sauce over the beef, return to the oven for 5 minutes.- Remove from the oven, spread some of the remaining sauce over the beef and mix the rest of the sauce with the cooking juices in the dish.- Return to the oven for the final 5 minutes.220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 8, 50 mins- Remove from the oven, rest for 10 minutes then carve across the grain and serve with the sauce.ImportantNot suitable for cooking from frozen.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
