Or, if you prefer to enjoy it Long, our favourite Mixer is spiced orange ginger ale, with ice and a slice of orange! i think it's one of the best daft ideas we've ever had!
Distilling beer to make a spirit? Whose daft idea was that? Well, mine actually. My family have been brewing the legendary Theakston Old Peculier in Masham for nearly 200 years. Why not, we enquired of ourselves, employ the Alchemy of Distillation to present the legend in a new and intriguing way?
