Cooking Instructions

Grill

Instructions: 16-18 minsPlace under a pre-heated medium grill. Turn occasionally.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6, 25-30 minsPlace on a lightly greased baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn halfway through cooking.

Air Fry

Instructions: Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place both sausages in the air fryer in a single layer.Turn halfway through cooking.180°C, 12-15 mins

Barbecue

Instructions: For a chargrilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue, turning frequently until desired chargrilled appearance is achieved.
