Preparation and Usage

Serve with our rich and indulgent Champagne and chive sauce enriched with mature cheddar and British cream. Pairs well with a crisp white wine.

Oven

Instructions: 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 22 mins Pierce film in several places. Place tray on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Whilst the fish is cooking, bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the sauce sachet, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 mins. Transfer the fish and prawns onto serving plates. Carefully remove the sauce sachet from the boiling water, pat dry and shake gently. Pour contents over and around the seafood.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Remove sauce sachet from the sleeve. For best results pan fry. Chilled 10 mins Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the sauce sachet, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 mins. Remove the Seabass fillets from the tray, pat dry. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Once the oil is hot carefully add the seabass to the pan skin-side down. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes. Turn the fillets over, add the prawns to the pan and cook for a further 4 minutes, turning the prawns occasionally. Transfer the fish and prawns onto serving plates. Carefully remove the sauce sachet from the boiling water, pat dry and shake gently. Pour contents over and around the seafood.

Storage

Not suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
