Preparation and Usage
Cooking time: 14 minutes.
Makes: 4 puddings
Method: Oven
TO MAKE THE PUDDING
You will need: 75g softened unsalted butter; 2 medium eggs.
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C /Gas 7.
- Grease the foil cases with butter and place onto a baking tray.
- Put the 75g softened butter and eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Empty the contents of the sachet into the mixing bowl and whisk to obtain a smooth mixture.
- Divide the mixture between the 4 foil cases and bake in the oven for 14 minutes. Don't overcook them or they will lose their gooey centre.
- Remove from the oven and, with scissors, cut the top edge of the foil to help release the puddings.
- Turn the puddings over onto serving plates
Serve and Enjoy!
