Preparation and Usage
Recommended useTake 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. Can be used on an ongoing basis, from conception through to birth. Also suitable during breastfeeding and the 6 months+ following birth.
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. For maximum potency, close lid firmly after each use and don't remove the sachet desiccant. Check base of pack for best before date.
For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents with cool drink/food. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
