Preparation and Usage
Hoisin Stir Fry Chicken:
Serves 2
Cooking Time: 3-4 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Ingredients:
200g diced chicken breast; 2 spring onions, sliced diagonally, reserve the green tops for garnish; 100g sugar snaps peas, sliced diagonally.
Method:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over a high heat.
2. Add chicken breast and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
3. Add the spring onions, sugar snaps and hoisin sauce and stir-fry for a further minute.
To serve: Garnish with the tops of the spring onion and serve.
