Chicken & Hoisin Stir Fry
Serves 2
Cooking time: 4-5 minutes
Method: Hob
Ingredients: 1 Tesco Free From Hoisin Stir Fry Sauce; 200g diced chicken breast; 2 spring onions, sliced diagonally, reserve the green tops for garnish; 100g sugar snap peas, sliced diagonally; 300g cooked rice noodles.
Method:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over a high heat.
2. Add chicken breast and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
3. Add the spring onions, sugar snaps and 1 pack of Tesco Free From Hoisin Stir Fry Sauce and stir fry for a further 1 minute.
To serve: Garnish with the tops of the spring onion and serve with the cooked rice noodles.
