You will need1x 6 inch round tin250ml ColdSemi skimmed milk50g Unsalted butterWhy not try...Using shallow glasses or ramekins to make individual cheesecakes instead.1 Biscuit base directionsMeltMelt the butter and mix in the biscuit crumb.PressPress the butter & biscuit mix into the bottom of a lined tin.2 Cheesecake filling directionsWhiskMeasure 250ml of milk into a whisk jug. Add the powder and whisk on high speed for 3 minutes.Fill10 Minute + chilling time‡‡Spoon the mixture onto the biscuit base & set in the fridge for 2 hours.Sauce30 minutes before serving, add the sauce and place back in the fridge.
